This LED TV set is warranted against any defect arising out of faulty or defective material or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty shall be confined only to the first purchaser of the TV set. The warranty does not cover the damage of the TV set due to accidental damage or any natural calamity, like thunder, flood storm, lightning, and any type of high voltage surges from either mains input or through cable connection wire. This Warranty does not cover any parts of the TV set which are subjected to misuse, negligence, accident, or improper installation. Further, this warranty does not cover any TV set which may have been tampered with, altered, or serviced by unauthorized agencies. The warranty does not apply when the original serial number is removed, obliterated, or altered from the TV and defects due to cause beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage acts of God, or while in transit to the service center or purchasers residence. The warranty does not cover any external accessories (Such as Battery, Remote, Cable, Carrying Bag, etc.) mentioned in the operating instruction manual supplied with this product or any cosmetic parts. Dust appearing on television panel after 10 days of usage, mentioned in the Operating Instruction Manual Supplied with this Product or Any Cosmetic Parts. The Warranty is also void in case of the following condition. The Warranty is also void in case of the following condition.
- The apparatus is not used according to the instructions given in the user manual.
- Unless this Warranty Card is complete and signed immediately on delivery of the apparatus by seller Dealer. Unless a television set is purchased through an online agency in that case a copy of the bill will suffice.

- All Parts, Excluding Air Filter, Front Grill & Plastic Parts (After Installation). The Warranty Covers Defective Materials and Workmanship From the Date of Purchase. Beyond the First Year of the Warranty Period
- Only the Compressor Repair (Excluding Gas Filled Inside the Compressor) Will be Provided Free of Cost for 10 Years From Date of Purchase. Refrigerant Gas is Having Only One Year Warranty

Site (Premises Where the Product is Kept) Conditions That Do Not Confirm to the Recommended Operating Conditions of the Machine. Defects Due to Cause Beyond Control Like Lightning, Abnormal Voltage, Acts of God, While in Transit to Service Centers or Purchaser’s Residence.
